Have bought a rug online before from different company and had to return it. The process was so painful so was iffy about purchasing another rug online, however Rug Emporium was different. The photos really helped me decide on the perfect rug for my lounge, the delivery was fast and when the rug arrived it was perfect. Soft, beautiful and definitely add lux and comfort to my home. Absolutely love it and highly recommended.
This is an excellent rug. Looks lovely in the dining area. Good for medium traffic areas. I like that it is on cotton rather than jute. Looks fantastic.
The integrity of the product wasn’t great. The part that stands out hides under some furniture and so I didn’t make a fuss. Products should only be shipped off if it meets consumer expectations.
I was very nervous ordering a rug online. This rug is everything I was wanting. It looks even better in person.
Online ordering and payment was easy. However I had to chase the order as the order got lost before it had a chance to get dispatched. Then I had to chase the courier that took over a week from warehouse pick up to delivery. After sales contact made promises of expediting the order but that did not happen. From order to deliver was approx 1 month.
The navy colour was perfect - exactly as shown in the photos.
Unwrapped the rug and found Indian Carpet beetles in it! Contacted the company but got no response.
I ended up spraying the rug with insect surface spray both sides a few times and vacuuming thoroughly. Lots of "uniqueness" with natural fibre patches in the navy.
The rug sits under the dining table so you can't see it the patches. The loose dye and fibres need to vacuum edges regularly.
This is a lovely rug. The colours are more muted than expected - more orange than red but it looks great on the floor.
Beautiful rug, quick delivery and the quality is amazing! So happy with my new rug.
Stunning rug, so soft and beautiful in my lounge room! Adore it!
Really nice rug, looks great in our curtain showroom.
I purchased this rug and I am extremely impressed and the customer service was excellent as I returned one rug to change the colour and the new one was perfect very easy company to deal with, big shoot out for Ryce who helped me all along the way very prompt with answering my emails.
Perfect subtle blue on a neutral rug!
Few spills and has been easy to keep clean!
I bought the Maison Jasmin rug and it is amazing in real life. Feels great to walk on and looks fantastic.
This is the most beautiful rug I've ever owned. It's so stunning, I want one for every room!
What can I say apart from the process of shopping in line was really hard to get the feel for any product but when I saw this I was hoping it was the right choice and it absolutely was! I love this! The colours are great and the design I 💕
Love Love Love it! I love the texture of the highs and lows in the pile and the colour is great. Nice underfoot and quality is great too.
My new rug looks amazing and very classy. Adds warmth and a homely feel to the room. I have had numerous positive comments on how it looks and adds to the room. Being neutral colours fits in well with our internal brick and timber home and will suit any style we change to.
This rug is absolutely as advertised. We bought it as a runner. I’m just not convinced it works colour wise. Which is not a reflection of the quality. Just my judgement. The Husband loves it though 😂
As advertised, great rug
