We normally process all orders and dispatch within 1 to 3 working days.

    We are unable to deliver on weekends or specify a specific time or day of delivery.
    If you require a specific time for delivery please contact the courier directly to arrange this.
      14 Day Easy Returns
      At Rug Emporium you don't have to worry, love your new rug or get a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. This includes all returns due to colour differences.

      Simply let us know within 14 days of delivery and all we ask is that the rug is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging.

      • All returns must be via courier. Returns not via a courier will not be accepted. If you would us to organise the return there is a fixed return shipping price of $29.95 per item which will be deducted from your refund.
      • Please take a photo of the packaged rug in full ready for collection displaying the shipping label for your records.
      • Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund, this allows time for shipping and inspection of the rug.

        Damaged Items
        If any product you receive is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion and at no cost to you.

        If you notice any damage to your goods please notify our  Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. 

        We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods when they arrive.

        We may require confirmation of the damage by way of a photograph for damage assessment.
          Exclusions
          Any and all goods that have been used, assembled or custom products do not qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.
