At Rug Emporium, we're proud to offer free shipping to metropolitan areas across Australia on all orders. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, ensuring you can enjoy your new rug swiftly!

After dispatch from our Sydney warehouse, deliveries typically take:

Shipping Limitations
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Parcel Collect, or outside of Australia.
- Deliveries are made to the ground floor only.
- We do not deliver on weekends and cannot specify a specific time or day for delivery.
Metro Delivery & Additional Fees
While we offer free shipping to metropolitan areas, there are certain locations outside these zones that may require additional shipping fees. If your location falls outside our free shipping zones and an extra fee is required, we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order. You can then choose to accept the additional shipping fee or cancel the order for a full refund.
Bulky Items & Additional Fees
We strive to offer free shipping on most of our products. However, certain bulky items, such as extra-large and oversized rugs, may require additional shipping fees due to their size and weight. If an extra fee is required for your order, we will contact you with a shipping quote before processing. As always, you have the option to accept the additional shipping fee or cancel the order.
Authority to Leave
All orders will be delivered with "Authority to Leave" (ATL), meaning they will be left at your front door or a similar secure location if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Generally, if the order is cancelled before the delivery has been booked, there should be no fees. However, if the courier has already been booked or the item is in transit, cancellation fees may apply. We will liaise with the courier to confirm any fees and inform you accordingly.
100% Delivery Guarantee
All our rugs come with a delivery guarantee. If an item is lost during transit, you are eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. If your delivery is outside the expected timeframe, simply contact us. We will investigate the issue and, once resolved, organise a replacement within 3 business days.
