PRICE MATCH POLICY
At Rug Emporium, we are committed to offering you the best prices on all our products. If you find an identical in-stock item from another retailer in Australia at a lower product price prior to purchasing or within 30 days of purchase, we will beat it by 10% of the difference. Please note that we only match the product price and do not consider shipping costs in our price match guarantee.

Our price: $300
Competitor product price: $250
Difference: $50
10% of the difference: $5
Your new price: $245 (competitor price minus $5)
PRODUCT AND PRICE REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a price match, the following requirements must be met:
- The competitor must be located in Australia.
- The competitor price must be verifiable.
- The listed competitor price must be for retail quantities only (not bulk/commercial quantities).
- The product must be identical in brand, model, and color.
- The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- We do not match products listed in competitor clearances, sales, coupons, liquidations, or limited stock offers.
- We only match the product price and do not consider shipping costs in our price match guarantee.
HOW TO CLAIM
To claim a price match, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Competitor's product price
- Link to competitor's product page showing their price
- Product name or SKU including size and color
- Full shipping address (street address, suburb, postcode, state)
- Any notes/comments
PURCHASING
Once we have verified the competitor's product price, we will send you a confirmation email and a special purchase link with the discounted price.
