Like colour and size of rug but was disappointed with the feel of the rug underfoot. From the description it sounded soft to walk on but actually isn't. Delivery was terrible.They used Hunter Express. Could only track rug to Brisbane and then not able to track at all. Many phone calls later, over many days, discovered rug had bypassed my town and arrived in a town another 5hrs away. I did get a phonecall from headoffice of courier apologising for the delay of delivery but would also be reluctant to buy another rug from RE if they use Hunter Express.
This review relates primarily to the horrible experience with Hunter Express, the courier serviced used by Rug Emporium. It took 2 weeks, 6 phones calls and 3 hours on hold to have it delivered - this includes it being lost during transit. While my rug is great itself and I would recommend it as a product, I would not purchase from R.E again unless they changed courier service.
