The rug is really good quality, however has dirty Mark's over it as the couriers (even though we hadn't mentioned that it was ok to leave), decided to put the rug in my backyard with my two puppies, instead of undercover next to my front door ( nice and safe). I can understand that they thought the rug would be safe out of sight, but we had a barricade for our puppies so they couldn't dig out, and this was disturbed, meaning that they came into our back yard. Our balcony is around a fair bit away from the side gate, and this is where the rug was. By the time we found out delivery in our back yard, the plastic covering has been completely destroyed and was all over the backyard (teething puppies who will chew on anything), as the rug was wrapped with the top on the outside, all of the white parts of our rug are quite dirty. The only things that Rug Emporium could have improved on is a) not using Hunter Express (my old work refused to use them), and b) potentially rolling the rugs up with the bottom on the outside (if possible) so that if something like this was to happen in the future, the rug would not get marked (very lucky it wasnt a rainy day).I understand that this may be a hassle though as it would be harder to determine which rug is which in the warehouse perhaps? The rug is really great otherwise though.
