Simply let us know within 365 days of delivery and we will even organise the courier to pick it up. All we ask is that the rug is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging.
You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price including return costs if your return is the result of an error on our part.
It looks great on my hard floors but it does have quite a few loose fibres that come off it. That is the nature of that type of material though so I doubt it's a fault, just something to be mindful of.
