Free Shipping Exclusion Zones
We have recently been advised by our freigth partner that the areas we can offer free shipping too has been changed. This change was sudden and only notified to us after a number of orders were coming back as OUT OF AREA.
To Search for your postcode:
On Mobile (safari): type your postcode into the URL (don't press enter)
scroll the screen down until you can see the on this page section and if your postocde is in our exclusion zones it will show as having a match.
On Mobile (Chrome): Click the three dots in the bottom right corner, scholl to "Find in page..." the type your postcode.
On Desktop: press ctrl+F and then type your postcode
We are disappointed our freight partner would make these changes without consulting us and are sincerely sorry for the disappointment this may cause our customers especially in regional areas.
Please check your postcode below and if you live in one of the following poscodes then we will be unable to provide free shipping from now on.
We are working on a way to show this in the checkout, however, this feature is not built into our website platform, Shopify.
If you would like a quote for shipping please contact us after you have chosen the rug/s you would like to purchase.
We are unable to provide a quote without knowing the rug/s you will like to purchase and the quote is only valid for those rugs.
